Returns policy
If the client receives any product in poor condition must be notified as quickly, by mail and read receipt, and a maximum of 7 days from receipt ofthe relevant document demonstrable messaging. Therefore, we encourage you to review the materials received well. Return shipping costs will be borne by Pipasibarita, and once received and reviewed the material shall be credited.
If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied of the item purchased, Pipasibarita ensures product replacement service with same valueor return of the amount paid.
To do so, follow these instructions:
Send within a period of 7 days from the receipt of a communication package via e-mail (info@pipasibarita.com), explaining the reasons for the return.
Also indicate if you prefer to replace the product with one of equal value or a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping). Forward products as they were sent, carefully packaged in their original packaging to the address below:

In most 7 days of receiving the returned products, refund or resend Pipasibrita recipient replacement products or refund the total order (excludingshipping).
After a period of 7 days Pipasibarita not be liable for any damage, or return.
